I cannot say enough great things about Brian. He saved our family from buying a house that would have fallen into the Earth. So when we found another house, we knew exactly who to call. His rates for the amount of work he puts in is absolutely reasonable. We will recommend him for every house inspection need in the future. He explained everything and showed pictures and his report was so comprehensive that we didn't have to question anything he told us. He is personable and friendly. We hired Jerry for our hone inspection after calling around and hoping I would find an owner operator. Jerry was very thorough and not just going through a checklist. His report includes pictures and explanation of everything you could possibly want. The best part is the way he explains things, you can tell he loves what he does. He had an option to do termite inspection with our home inspection and he even coordinated it for us for a very reasonable price. Do not pass up that offer if it exists. We ended up having a termite issue. Jerry's the best home inspector in Fort Worth and we're more than happy to recommend him for a quality home inspection. Jerry is the best home inspector in Fort Worth.

This man knows his stuff . GREAT EXPERIENCE! JeHe is very knowledgeable, punctual , and is an expert at his craft. Very professional and most thorough. He can call it before it’s done and is accurate. Explains things on detail he is very organized and efficient t with his tools. You will most certainly be in the know with JERRY! He has so much knowledge and wisdom that he is a true gem in getting the truth behind what you see on the surface of your potential home! He is also very polite and accommodating . I just had my new construction home inspection with Jerry on Monday. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind as he walked through each step with me and introduced me to my home. He tested the sinks, toilets, HVAC (heat & cold), appliances, gas stove, conducted thermal imaging scans, inspected the roof with a camera, tested my irrigation system, audited the electrical panel & water heater, and reset every breaker in the house (I’m sure there’s more I’m missing). We climbed up in the attic together and he taught me how to change my air filter; told me what he liked about the home setup and what might pose issues down the line. In total he spent about 5 hours scouring the property and teaching me along the way. He also sent the home inspection report that evening! I am incredibly grateful for his expertise, patience, attention to detail—and his stories, haha. I would highly recommend choosing him for your home inspection. Thank you, Jerry!!

Jerry was amazing! Very communicative, prompt, and thorough. When the HVAC wasn't working on my new house - hindering him from doing the full inspection - he came back out to do the thermal imaging on a different day after it was fixed - for free! The report was detailed and easy to understand, and he went over it in its entirety with me and my realtor. Would definitely use him again, highly recommend!
