I’m honestly at a loss for words on this one. First, this company took advantage of my elderly mother—but unfortunately, that was only the beginning.
I called to ask questions about the charges and was told I’d receive a callback from the president of the company. That call came after business hours, which was the first red flag. Then a man named Cliff I think, who claimed to be the president, spent far too much time asking personal questions that felt completely inappropriate. As a woman, it came across as borderline flirting rather than addressing the issue I called about.
After about 20 minutes of that, he abruptly ended the conversation and hung up on me. I’m not sure who I was actually speaking with, but whoever it was sounded intoxicated.
The entire situation is alarming—especially considering this all started after they took advantage of an elderly woman. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.
His name is Chris, I am a real customer and no you can't bribe me to take down the review.
