Tyler was amazing! He was prompt with his response and provided updated communication when he would arrive. Once he arrived he introduced himself in a professional manner! He was informative. He explained in detail about what he would be doing. He took the time to do a site walk to identify water lines etc. He completed the scope of work in a timely manner. He finished with a quick site walk to show me the locations of the termite bait traps, explaining the pest control that he did and the follow up that will take place. Great job! I recommend Termio and ask for Tyler!
