I had a sizeable plumbing leak under my house late at night and was in a pretty stressful situation I reached out to TennCo. Plumbing, and they were quick to respond and take care of the problem. They were professional, knowledgeable, and got the leak under control without making an already stressful situation worse. I really appreciate their responsiveness, especially given the short notice. It’s reassuring to know there are people you can call when something goes wrong unexpectedly. I would definitely recommend TennCo. Plumbing to anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing service!

Thank you for the recommendation. A leak in the crawl space is a stressful thing to find, and we appreciate you calling us. Under your house we found the shower drain had pulled loose where it ties into the tub drain and overflow, and the 3 inch PVC main was deteriorated and weeping from the bottom of the pipe. We cut out and replaced the loose section of shower drain, then took out a four foot section of the main and replaced it. The main had a single strap holding it and was sagging badly, so we added five more supports to keep it running at proper grade. That sag is what shortens the life of a drain line more than anything else. Glad to have you as a customer in Lexington.

This is the second time we’ve called TennCo Plumbing to come out to our home in Camden, TN. We refuse to use anyone else! Not only is the work fantastic, he’s honest, and isn’t just in it to make a sale. He truly wants to help. Service was prompt and perfect! He even let our youngest watch him and then test for leaks when he was done. Cannot recommend them enough!!

We appreciate you having us back. The cold water inlet on your water heater was leaking at a CPVC union that had degraded over the years, and the rubber gasket inside it had malformed where it seated against the tank nipple. Rather than patch a fitting that was already at the end of its life, we removed the union and the section of CPVC behind it and ran PEX-A to a new brass adapter at the tank. That connection should outlast the heater. Your youngest ran a good leak check too. TennCo. Plumbing is here whenever you need us in Camden.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this. Honest answers and clear communication are how we handle every call in Camden. On your kitchen sink, the tubular drain piping was cut just short of full depth at the slip joint fitting, so it worked loose over time and let water get into the cabinet floor. We corrected the fit so the joint seats properly and holds. If anything under that sink ever gives you trouble again, TennCo. Plumbing is a phone call away.

Water showing up at a can light almost always looks like a plumbing leak from below, and the only way to know for certain is to get in the attic and trace it back to the source. In your case the split system was overflowing its drain pan, not a supply line or a roof penetration. Rather than open up a ceiling for something outside our scope, we put you in touch with an HVAC company that was able to get out that afternoon and correct it. We were glad we could get out to you quickly to take care of your leaking toilet. When water leaks out from between the tank and the bowl during a flush, it's almost always because the rubber gasket has deteriorated over time. By replacing the entire flush valve assembly, we were able to restore that watertight seal and fix the leak for good.

This individual quoted a price to complete a job a previous plumber had left half done. The price he quoted and got paid for in full included the rental of machinery to dig a trench. However he never rented the machine but still charged me for it. He was paid in full and I was cheated out of Several hundred dollars.

Thank you for the feedback. We quote a flat price for the finished job. There is no line item for equipment, and the price does not change based on which method we use to get the work done.

When we scoped this job we expected to need a trencher. We called 811 to have the property marked, and once we saw the line had to run right along the exterior of the home, we decided hand digging a 50' trench was the better approach. That was more labor on our end, not less.

The previous plumber had stubbed your washer drain out the back of the house two feet above grade and run it across the ground. It is now buried, properly sloped, and tied into your main line to the sewer. We stand behind that install.

TennCo. Did a fantastic job with my drain clean and camera inspection. Anybody who has ever had a drain back up knows it’s not something you can wait a few days to fix. Terry answered my phone call at 8am and by 2pm the same day my drain was clear and working perfectly. He even took the time to fix another toilet that had a small issue once he arrived. Pulling the toilet gave us the perfect opportunity to finally fix that broken flange you have been dealing with for years. From there, we performed a thorough drain camera inspection to check the health of your lines. We were glad to confirm your home plumbing is in great shape and that the sluggish drains were actually a septic issue. Hopefully, the local septic company we referred you to is able to get that tank sorted out quickly for you.

I called TennCo. Plumbing this morning and talked to Terry about a leak i had coming from my outdoor water hydrant . He said he would be able to come out early afternoon and take a look. He capped off the water hydrant leak and installed a hose bib on the house. Terry was very professional and polite. I am very pleased at the work Terry did.
