I have started my case since Feb 2023 and Dr. Teng has been very patient and considerate throughout the time. Dr. Teng not only has great skills but also is very nice. He would took my concerns into consideration and explain the plan and strategy. I have a broken teeth that needs crown, which adds the complexity to the treatment, Dr. Teng help communicated with my dentist and worked out on the plan that serves best for me.
Folks at the clinic are also very nice and friendly. Thank you Charlotte for help coordinating the best time slots for appointments.
Overall it is a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Teng has been taking care of me and my three kids for the past six years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. I started my journey with Dr Teng in 2023 with constant jaw clenching, a deep overbite, and crowded teeth. I suffered from headaches, jaw/face pain, jaw popping, chipped/wearing teeth from grinding, and I couldn’t floss easily between some of my teeth.
Now after Invisalign treatment in 2025, my jaw pain and headaches are gone, I can floss easily between all teeth, and have minimal jaw pops. My teeth are straight and so pretty!!🤩 The retainers from Invisalign he set up for me are awesome, he made sure to have extra cushion under my front teeth to stop the action of clenching at night. *disclaimer: the retainers help a lot but it’s also up to you to massage the jaw muscles and practice relaxing the muscles during the day.* The plastic has a good thickness, I haven’t seen any grinding evidence yet and isn’t not uncomfortable to wear.
Now about the whole process, everyone in the office from start to finish was patient, kind and helpful. The front desk was prompt with check-in’s, answering calls/emails, and any questions I had. All offices are very clean, quiet, and organized! I love that I could go to the Seattle or Bellevue office, I’m very thankful for the Seattle office’s Saturday hours!!! It really helps people who can’t make it during the week due to work. Shout out to Charlotte for helping me with all my insurance and billing questions, I appreciate you so much!! Also all of Dr Teng’s assistants, shout out to you too! Sorry I don’t know everyone’s names but you all are very skilled and friendly. ❤️ Dr Teng, thank you for answering any questions I had, offering extra supplies and making adjustments when I had concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at any appointments. You did a fantastic job, I love my smile! 😁
