Not sure what happened with this company because it wasn’t like this before but the communication has been terrible. I’ve reached out multiple times to stay on top of work opportunities, but most of the time I get no response at all. The lack of communication is frustrating and unprofessional.
The Staff is understanding and actively involved in everything you have. No disrespect when u make a call for any information. They assist you and they make sure you attend the way you wanted it.

Since I started here I have nothing but good things to say about this company as a Temp agency. They do everything they can to make sure you get at least 32 hours a week if you show you put in the work and consistency. Getting hired to this job was my Christmas gift cause I started the month of Christmas.

I've been working with School Professionals as a substitute teacher for several months and overall, my experience with them has been terrific.
PROS:
1. They post many jobs daily, and so far I've been finding it relatively easy to get jobs on the days I want to work. I do have to get up super early on the day I want to work in order to book a job before anyone else, but it's not an issue for me.
2. If you want a longer term assignment, they have a lot of them.
3. The app makes recording hours easier. (note that I didn't say EASY. See cons.)
4. I've been paid quickly and efficiently.
5. Everyone I've dealt with in their office is professional, warm and kind.
CONS:
1. Their app isn't always intuitive to use, and can get glitchy.
2. This can be an overall sub teaching con, but the schools I've worked at so far are charters with organizational issues and high teacher turnover, so the students are often dysregulated from all of the teacher changes.
3. It can be difficult to keep up with all of their guidelines, although most of them are common sense.
