Excellent Customer Support I've only just switched over to TELTEL as a phone provider as my now previous provider was discontinuing it's PSTN service in rural NSW. I spoke with Daniel who was magnificent in setting up my ATA device and helping me go through the phone porting sequence

If you need an expert Telephony service that is with you and backs you up all the way, please consider TelTel. They would have to be the best service for reliability and customer service on the internet. Not only are their technicians friendly and approachable, which is a rare thing, and is one of the reasons why I left their competitor, they help you with every single question that is asked. This is why I stay with them. Thank you TelTel! I would give 100 stars if I could!

We've been with Teltel for a number of years and have found the service perfect for our business. We changed over from a major provider where we were constantly having issues and slow service, our experience with Teltel has been the complete opposite, with no technical issues to speak of, and terrific service and response time when we ask for help with changes to our system. We recently added handsets to our softphone system, and Stuart worked diligently and quickly to help with set up, and has been enormously helpful in suggesting features to get the most out of our system, and talking things through with me in a way that I understand so that we're empowered to run the system ourselves where possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

The level of technical knowledge and quality of customer service from Tel Tel (Stuart specifically in my experience) has been absolutely mind blowing. I've experienced working with Telcos in many countries and umpteen times in Australia and have almost always been frustrated and let down. What a breath of fresh air! The product is great, does all we need it to do... but the key is confidence in service from the Tel Tel team. Absolutely recommend!

Outstanding Service – Above and Beyond! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Stuart from TelTel and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. He was super, super helpful—the kind of service you just don’t get from the bigger companies anymore. We cant recommed TelTel any higher. After having a perfect, cheap, reliable VOIP service for a few years, due to a update on our router issue, our phone stopped working. TelTel technicians on line worked tirelessly, to sort out the issue. Stuart who took ownership of the issue, was our POC and, along with other colleagues, sorted our issue. An issue that was technically unrelated to the TelTel service they were providing. All with a smile, all by people who spoke clear and concise English. 5 star, timely service from Aussies over the otherside of Oz. Especially important as we are rural, off grid and work from home at times. Cheers Stuart and TelTel. Pete and Taina.
