Every once in a while you come across a company that immediately instills complete confidence. It’s getting rarer and rarer - but Telex Australia is one of those companies. Michael and Charlie should give lessons on how to manage client onboarding. From the big stuff (getting the product set up, making purchasing decisions, etc) all the way down to the little stuff (calling me to help at a time convenient to me, well outside normal business hours, and providing advice on every little nuanced question) these guys nailed it all.
When I initially approached them, Charlie said “even if you have questions about how other systems work, or you choose to go with another company but need some help with anything, here’s my mobile - call me” I knew I was speaking to someone who knew his stuff. Having such confidence in your own product and ability that you’re not threatened by the competition is the absolute biggest green flag.
The service was beyond exceptional. The product is beyond fantastic. The pricing is so reasonable that it beggars belief when compared to the competition.
This is a company, and Charlie and Michael are two people - who just get it.

I was previously with another provider Justcall but wasn't to happy no phone support, calls dropping out, app didn't ring the list goes on... but soon as i found Telex Australia my business has improved its phone system like no other! i love how quick the app works and the quality of the sound and it transcripts voicemails directly to your app. it gives me more time to work on the business a huge shout to the boys Charlie & Michael highly recommend for Phone systems i was very happy with how quick it was to set up our phone system. within less then 48hrs i was up and running we ported my other number seamlessly thanks again highly recommend Telex Australia :)
