I had an excellent experience working with Charlie and Michael. They helped set up the entire phone system for our restaurant, and the process was smooth from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in explaining how everything works. The installation was quick, well organized, and they made sure the system was perfectly suited to the needs of a busy restaurant. Since the setup, the phone system has been running flawlessly, making it much easier for us to manage calls and reservations. Their support and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend Telex Australia, not only for the ease of our new system but for Michael's honesty and transparency, especially after another provider misrepresented contracts and hidden costs. Our phone system is great, installation was no trouble, and the team exceeded our expectations, often checking in and offering training on short notice. Excellent service I’m a doctor starting a clinic from scratch and found myself near opening day without a phone line. Michael was very helpful with organizing that and in a couple of days we had phones. Charlie walked us through set up and coordinated with our IT every step of the way.
