Liz and her team arranged for re-covering of my dining chairs and stools. The experience was effortless. The furniture was collected from my home in Marbella and returned looking fabulous. The service was prompt, efficient, really friendly and transparent. I am thrilled with the finished product.

Excellent service from start to finish. Liz has been exceptional. Initially purchased replacement cushions for our patio furniture (online/on phone with Liz). When we collected them from the store we were ecstatic with what this store had on offer - massive choices for home furnishings. We proceeded to order a new curtain rail and wave curtains. We paid extra (due to distance) for the fitter to come out and measure all our windows. The rail and curtains have now been installed - worth every penny/cent and what a difference to our lounge! The fitters even filled previous rawl plugs holes (without us asking) and cleaned up after drilling new holes. Won’t hesitate to purchase again from Tellabella. Our Spanish is limited so having Liz available was a huge bonus and she knew exactly what we wanted.

Tella Bella made our curtains, bedding etc for an apartment in Sotogrande. The girls were fabulous from getting wallpaper and having it hung to waiting for a delivery coming from Northern Ireland and even picking up the keys from a solicitor in Marbella. Leider kann ich dieses Gardinenstudio absolut nicht empfehlen. Der Kundenservice war enttäuschend – auf Rückfragen wurde nur zögerlich oder gar nicht reagiert, und die Beratung wirkte unmotiviert und wenig professionell. Die gelieferten Gardinen hatten von Anfang an Mängel, die trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nicht behoben wurden.
Besonders frustrierend war, dass selbst nach 10 (!) Versuchen, die Gardinen zu reparieren, das Problem immer noch nicht gelöst war. Nach so vielen Anläufen haben wir letztlich aufgegeben. Zeit, Geld und Nerven völlig umsonst investiert.
Erst nachdem wir rechtliche Schritte angedroht haben, wurde uns schließlich der volle Betrag erstattet – ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Dieses Verhalten spricht leider für sich.
Bei Interesse stelle ich gerne Bilder zur Verfügung, um den Zustand der Gardinen und den Verlauf nachvollziehbar zu machen.
Außerdem: Wer auf der Suche nach einem wirklich guten Gardinenstudio ist – ich habe inzwischen ein anderes gefunden, das ich wärmstens empfehlen kann. Einfach melden!

We’re sorry to read this review and that, despite our best efforts, this client was left dissatisfied.
This project included bespoke voiles, curtains, rugs, beds and custom furniture. Everything including curtains were delivered successfully and very positively received. The challenge arose with the voiles due to a combination of site-specific factors - such as a ceiling construction that complicated installation and how the fabric behaved once hemmed.
Our team made multiple site visits intent on finding solutions and to remedy problems. When it became clear the fabric was behaving unusually and after extensive consultation with the manufacturer, we offered to replace all the voiles made from a different fabric at our expense. This offer was declined. The client then demanded a full refund and issued a legal threat. Although we were under no legal obligation to refund, we chose to do so - not in response to the threat, but because we believed it was the fairest way to close the matter.
In this complex situation we handled things with care and professionalism. We always strive to ensure our clients are happy and satisfied. As you know with made to measure products things don’t always go as planned, however we work extra hard to put things right - thankfully this situation is rare. This case was a very unfortunate exception.
