Being this is my first and hopefully last accident so I’m not sure on legal time frames. I would give it 4.5 stars. I understand the medical bills and healing process is what takes the longest but despite me being healthy and recovered from the accident (as it happened 2yrs ago now) it still took over 1yr to get settled which I think is kind of crazy. I already saw the doctors, specialists, new vehicle etc. Regardless I did receive more money than what the insurance offered and Amy stayed in touch with updates the best she could. She’s very friendly but also very busy. She’s a kind professional woman that carries herself as such. And if they weren’t good at what they did they probably wouldn’t be as busy. Thank you.

Just the perfect communications between me and them I had another attorney but the communication between me and them was nothing so once I could speak with someone or they returned my phone call I was like YES I have to keep them and we had an excellent experience between the both of us, Wonderful experience
