Their CEO tells people on social media they're too stupid to tell they're interacting with a chat bot, and then started literally calling people jackasses because they didn't agree with him calling potential clients rude when he was the one out there throwing a temper tantrum, insults and cuss words at people who disagreed with him. I think we need a reality check on who is being rude and unprofessional here. Reading the comments this guy kept posting was so embarrassing watching this guy come completely unhinged that everyone wasn't worshipping him and his ai chat bot. I'd never do business with this guy or this company, his attitude and behavior is appalling.

Unprofessional company, I reached out for a demo. Apparently they only want clients that respond in a fun way to their AI bot! - Jason, thanks for the response. I was not combative or difficult at all in my responses. I stated that I am a busy business owner and I wanted to schedule a demo without going through a multiple questions from your AI bot. I was very interested in your business and you lost a potential customer due to your unprofessional response. You should take the time go get to know people before labeling them off of one sentence in a response to an AI bot. I am offended and taken aback by being called names and being asked to apologize to your AI chat because I wanted to cut to the chase and schedule a demo.
Katie, I reviewed our full transcript again before responding. At the time of the conversation you did not know you were speaking with AI. The responses you gave could have just as easily been sent to a human member of my staff, which is exactly why your tone and refusal to answer basic onboarding questions mattered. We ask the same simple qualifiers of every dealership so we can direct you to the correct demo and show you what is actually relevant for your operation.
You’ve stated that you are a busy owner who did not have time to answer a basic question about monthly volume, yet you clearly had time to write an extensive negative review. That reinforces the very concern I raised. If someone does not have time to provide foundational information, the relationship is unlikely to be productive, especially in a system that is built around tailored processes.
Your review also claims that you were called names and asked to apologize. Neither of those things happened. No one insulted you, and no one asked you for an apology. What I said was that my responsibility is to protect my team from interactions that begin with unnecessary friction. If you read the reviews from our actual clients, many specifically mention how much they value our staff and the culture we maintain. Protecting them is a core reason we have earned the reputation we have.
Based on the way the conversation began, I made the decision that we were not a good fit. Your updated review, which misrepresents the transcript despite the facts being clear, only confirms that the decision was appropriate.
We wish you the best, but we will continue working with partners who value professionalism, straightforward communication, and respect from the very first interaction.
