My car was hit whilst parked in a car park, the damage to the rear bumper caused cracking and flaking / peeling paint. I contact 2 places for a quote, one a local garage said £1200 + as it needed a new bumper because this could not be fixed. The other a mobile repair person who just didn’t get back to me. Martin came and completed the job in a couple of hours. Finish looked great. **UPDATE** **UPDATE** Post 6 months from this original review I have had to update this to inform everyone that sadly this excellent job did not last! Now whatever the reason the paintwork from the job I had done started to form a bubble which expanded and eventually popped. I have documented this, taken photos each day to show the gradual size increase and pop. I had contacted Martin several time via email, phone, social media to no avail. I have given Martin ample opportunity to get in touch but this has not happened, 2 months have passed now and Im no longer optimistic of a swift resolution. I’m back to a defected rear bumper, having contact several other companies they have all quoted the same / original price that it cost me from Martin so do some research before making you choice. Cracked bumper - Martin fixed and did his work - 5 months later the fix started to bubble up and paint started to split - no word from Martin / completely ignored all contact and now back to defected rear bumper. I would not longer recommend, which is a shame as I thought he was actually a nice guy.
