Been with Techmode since early on when they started offering phone service. From start to finish the process was seamless. The sales staff, the service staff, the installation and their response if we need assistance is excellent. Made the move years ago, we have not been disappointed. Highly recommend.

Moving from our previous Avaya platform to the TechmodeGo cloud-hosted platform has been beneficial on many levels. Changes can be made through any Internet connection. The Techmode support staff have been quick to respond when any concerns arise, even when we have reached out around the holidays. Very pleased overall.

In their response, TechMode highlighted a positive comment I made on July 28th. I want to be clear: That comment was an attempt to de-escalate the situation and maintain a professional tone while I was trying to resolve the contract dispute.
Unfortunately, the contractual issues are now secondary to a more fundamental problem: the service does not work. My team reports that our phones are non-functional approximately 90% of the time. We have phone recordings of every call to prove the constant failures, and TechMode does not even dispute that the service is failing.
Instead, they blame our network. To eliminate this possibility, we hired two independent parties to diagnose the issue: our ISP (Comcast) and a third-party networking specialist. Both ran multiple tests and concluded that our internet connection is stable and not the problem.
Despite this evidence, TechMode continues to deflect responsibility by claiming "packet loss"—a conclusion directly contradicted by expert analyses.
To be clear: TechMode acknowledges their service is failing on our account, yet they refuse to stand behind their product. They are holding us to a 5-year contract for a non-functional system, and their only solution is to blame our verified infrastructure.

3. Package Selection – You opted for our most advanced service package, which includes all premium features and also leased desk phones. There were certainly more cost-effective options available, but your team selected the highest-tier plan with equipment bundled into the per-user price.

I have been working with Techmode for almost 13 years now. The support provided to me and our company have enabled us to keep our end users happy. Any issues are addressed quickly, and they continue to pursue a fix until resolved. Whether the issues were technical or around billing questions the response time was always quick. We've been with Techmode for a few years now and have nothing but positive things to say. The transition was seamless, and uncomplicated. The app they offer is not only user-friendly, but also convenient if you need to work remotely. We would highly recommend if you're thinking of making a change in services.
Techmode is the best telecom company I've ever worked with. Their support is second to nine! They make setting up new phones and users easy. Changes are easy too. We didn't have to learn anything technical to make it happen. I'd definitely suggest them for any Voip needs for single or multi location applications.
