I brought in a BitLocker encrypted laptop of a deceased relative. Sal was able to gain access without any help from Microsoft in a very complicated process. He’s very professional and cool as a cucumber. A top shelf computer expert who I would heartily endorse.

Amazing experience with tech expert guys. I had my desktop not booting up and called them in the afternoon. Sal was very helpful and helped me immediately. I was late coming back but Sal was very accommodating. Will definitely recommend and come back for any future computer needs.

Sal was able to unlock a BitLocker encrypted laptop of a deceased relative. Microsoft offered no help. It was a complicated process but he was persistent and said he had several options. Once again, I entrusted my work laptop to Sal. I had been having intermittent charging issues and I decided I better get it taken care of before it became an emergency. I texted, he responded and I was there in 20 minutes on a Saturday. I thought I might have to leave it there so his being there on weekends helped me decide to take it in. He didn't just give a quick answer and try to upsell me, but tried several things to narrow it down. He gave me a suggestion for a new power cord and here I am at home with a fully charged laptop now. They have moved to a nice location. It's nice to have someone I know I can call. Thank you Sal!

Thanks to Yelp, I found Sal and Tech Expert Guys. I experienced skill, tenacity, value, and integrity. Excellent communication throughout what was not a simple problem. Sal used persistent trouble shooting and pulled a graphics card to learn that Windows was feeding it an incorrect driver. This was a brand-new high-end computer previously rendered useless by the glitch. Sal saved it! You tell me, is that value? Also, I want to repeat the word integrity for Sal. I'm no spring chicken and know integrity when I see it. Highly recommended, 10 stars.
