I had a fantastic experience with Tech City Plumbing! Jesse did an amazing job at my salon fixing both my regular sinks and hair washing stations. Everything is working perfectly now. They arrived right on time, were super friendly, and just overall great to work with. It's not always easy to find reliable, honest service, but they really delivered. We had a great experience getting our garbage disposal fixed. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it working again in no time. They were polite, knowledgeable, and left the area clean when they finished. And they didn’t charge us! Definitely recommend them.

These guys are awesome. In the middle of the night we had a water heater problem. It was spraying water in the basement TV room soaking the carpet. I got the water turned off and called them first thing in the morning. Four hours later a tech was knocking on my front door. That was at noon, at 6 they were done. Old 14 year old water heater gone. This is the second time I've used this company. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable.

Justin was the technician who completed the installation, and he did an outstanding job—professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Johnny from Tech City Plumbing came out to replace my garbage disposal which was leaking, on October 24th, 2025, and he did a great job. He was kind, knowledgeable and quick. He also had a great sense of humor which helps when you're having a plumbing issue. It works great now with no leaks. I would definitely hire him again.

I used this Tech City Plumbing a couple of years ago and had such a great experience that I didn’t hesitate to reach out again when my garbage disposal stopped working. I contacted them yesterday and they were able to schedule me for today!
Justin—the same technician who came out before—arrived right on time and was just as polite and professional as I remembered. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what happened, and had it fixed in less than five minutes. I really appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and great service. Highly recommend!
