We recently utilized Town Car Service of Orlando during our Disney Cruise family vacation. The booking process was straightforward, and the communication before, during, and after each ride was excellent. The vehicles were clean and spacious, and the drivers were professional and courteous. You cannot ask for more from a car service. My family was incredibly impressed by the level of service we received. All the hassle of traveling to and from the airport and cruise ship was completely erased. We will not visit the Orlando area without hiring Aldo and his team. We will recommend to all our friends and family that they do the same!

We were able to book less than 24 hours ahead of when we needed a ride. Lucas texted ahead of arrival to make sure everything went smooth, showed up early and helped us with all our bags. At Drop off he helped with the bags again. He was nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Town Car service of Orlando and will be using them for our next visit.

We used Town Car service of Orlando to transport us from MCO Orlando to Portofino Bay Universal Resort. The reservations were easy to make, the prices were very reasonable and Aldo, the business owner was very communicative and reassuring prior to the trip about the reservation and pick up time. The day of pick up, Lucas, our driver, texted as soon as we got off the plane and asked us to let us know when we got on the tram. I did so, he told us where to meet him and he escorted us and our luggage to the immaculately clean car. On the drive to the hotel he pointed out several Orlando sites and gave us some good tips about the Universal theme park. When we departed Aldo picked us up on time in an immaculately clean cybertruck. We had a wonderful time chatting with him on the way to the airport. He is very personable and clearly cares about his business and your satisfaction. I would highly recommend Orlando Town Car and will definitely use them again when I’m back in Orlando.

Absolutely love this service. We disembark a ship and took hours through customs. Our driver was in constant contact. When finally thru the chaos he greeted us with a smile. Even took the time to make sure I was comfortable for our 2 hour drive home. I highly recommend this service and driver Angel. Just amazing definitely will use in the future

Went to Bravocon in Las Vegas this weekend and decided to do a car service for drop off and pick up at MCO. Honestly, I’ll be doing it this way from now on with this company. Aldo was fantastic to book with and very accommodating. Lucas, our driver, was fantastic!!!! When we got to Vegas we needed to leave early due to a health issue and ended up changing our returning flight for a red eye 2 days before our original return flight. I called Aldo and he changed it with no issues and Lucas was there for us at 5:15am sharp. Not only that but Lucas came in to get our bags from baggage claim and grabbed them off the conveyor belt which was EPIC! My bag weighed 62 lbs so I was thrilled!!!! Lucas was also quiet and kind which I loved even more. No one wants to be chatty at 5:15 in the morning! I HIGHLY recommend Town Car Service of Orlando!
