Tech arrived on time and quickly discovered a hazardous condition on the boiler. Work was stopped and boiler was red-tagged. Thanks to tech for the quick action on this issue. Company put together several quotes to replace boiler. The company even came out with space heaters for my tenant. Financing was prepared and boiler will be installed just 3 days after initial visit. Very good service overall.

Paul, Josh and Nick were all great with the heater installation and the updates to the electrical panel. Nick walked me through what was being done and what got replaced. Josh and Nick were both professional in both taking the old heater down and Installing the new one, with both clean up and overall efficiency.

Great company to work with. They were able to quickly provide a quote for a job that wasn't super straight forward and executed it wonderfully. Brandon R was our plumber and we can not say enough nice things about him. He was friendly, clean, and easily answered all our questions. We will be using TCC more often.

I had a Radiant heat issue in one of my rooms, The company was able to send Dan, one of their technicians just two days later (It was not an emergency). The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Dan was very friendly and offered clear explanations. He also explained exactly what he was doing so i could potentially prevent future occurrences by taking steps immediately.

We had our annual oil furnace serviced by Joshua Stewart of Total Climate. I can’t say enough good about this technician. Josh started off by finding the best route in to make the least amount of mess. He made none! Our furnace has never sounded so good or performed so well. He really dialed in the efficiency with his gauges. Correcting the nozzle, the draft all while closely monitoring his equipment. He vacuumed out the furnace box which was supposedly done by others the year prior. It clearly had never done. he showed me the debris when it was opened, Wow. Josh and Total Climate did an outstanding job servicing our furnace at a very fair price. I’ve been in the trades for 40 years I can tell a real technician from a parts replacer when I see them and Josh S. Is the real deal. Josh really cares that when he leaves he has done his best and he did. I highly recommend Total Climate and if you can get Josh Stewart as the Tech you’ve got the best. Big thanks to Tim and Brayden for replacing my 39 year old propane boiler. They were punctual, friendly, picked up after themselves, and put up with my neurotic dog.
Prior to that, I met with Dan about the potential for fixing and then Jeremy about a quote. They were both wonderful to deal with as well!

Great job with going the extra mile with recognizing issues with the bad boiler parts during routine maintenance. Wasnt expecting the quote to fix to be so much money, but hopefully It will prevent unexpected costs later. Really awesome personality and knowledge with his job as well.
