Sathish has been a great host and his unit is as advertised. His service team at the unit is there all day to assist whenever needed and extremely responsive. I stayed at the unit whilst visiting the city for a medical travel and the unit had all facilities for a short stay. I recommend guests on medical travel to reach out to Sathish if there are specific conditions where assistance is needed and he will assist like he did for us.

We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 BHK apartment. It has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well provided with all kitchen appliances , crockery, washing machine,ironing board with iron & excellent Wi-fi .
Location is favourable as it is in close proximity to Pondy Bazaar, T Nagar as well as to Mambalam. Staff is polite, helpful , efficient & prompt in responding to our calls.The apartment is well maintained along with CCTV for safety purposes. There is ample space for parking as well. Thanks to Mr. Sathish who is always available on the call or whatsapp and helps us whenever needed. Highly recommend this apartment for happy ,safe & pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed at this apartment twice, and both times have been excellent. The host and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process is very flexible, which adds to the convenience. The location is fantastic, and the pricing is great considering all the well-maintained self-contained facilities. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—spacious, and well-maintained. It offered a perfect mix of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal spot to stay with family while I worked in the city. Satish also provided housekeeping services on request. Satish was incredibly accommodating, easy to talk to and ensured everything was taken care of, making it feel like a home away from home.

Stayed for around 3 weeks, booked on a very short notice. Satish was very accomodating and helpful from checkin to checkout and even after. Great service.

We stayed for a month at Tavat’s 2 bedroom hall kitchen apartment in second floor and it was perfect. Very spacious bright peaceful apartment with very good internet speed to be able to work as well. The kitchen, dining, washing machine and all amenities was good and functional. The helpers who are available 24/7 in the apartment are very service minded and always available almost immediately on call. The location is very central close to shopping areas railways station temples and groceries. Would highly recommend this place and looking forward to stay again soon.
Had a nice stay with my family. The appartment is well situated . The owner is very responsive and helpful as well as the staff.Definitely recommending Tavat services.

This was our second visit to Tavat serviced appartment and we stayed at the property for a period 10 days.. Satish and the helpers were very responsive and attentive to our requests..the flats are well maintained and kitchen equipped with all nenecessary amenities..the team at Tavat made sure that our stay was comfortable..the appartment's location is definitely a plus point..easily accessible with all amenities nearby.. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling for medical or leisure purposes...
I like the area these rooms are in. It is very convenient for me.
The rooms are maintained well and clean. Satish is a nice man and responsive to my concerns.
Overall, I had a good experience in these apartments and would recommend.

This review is on their customer service and not on the room or the facilities provided. Their Customer Service sucks. We saw the pictures and approached via WA and asked a few questions. There was no response till date. The management thinks they are something and least bothered about customer displeasure. I am sure the apartment may be good choice in terms of service. The management’s communication really sucks and not responsive to customer questions.. they really need to know what is Customer service..IMO this place has lost credibility and won’t consider this place ever again. There is zero respect for Customers from this
Management.
