I have worst experience this time . I had done extraction and toady is the 7th day and my pain is too much still . After the extraction suddenly on 6th day why I had a lot of pain ? They are not even sure whether there is any infection or not still gave me anti biotics . Please go to other places as they are not that good when it comes to extractions or treatments .
I come here often they have good hours and the workers are great people.

They're friendly.... and that's the only nice thing I have to say.
It's very disorganized and you feel as though you're a number to get through. You're bounced around staff to staff each telling you something different. It almost gives you the impression it's on purpose as a tactic.
I thought one procedure was getting booked and come appointment time they did something entirely different. They wanted to cram in additional services I wasn't interested in.
For example, I went for a checkup and wanted a cleaning. They scammed me into a repair for a chipped tooth that I didn't know was happening until after it was finished. They weren't gentle and the "repair" from only months ago already fell off. So instead of coming in thinking I was getting a cleaning... they did a tooth repair I wasn't prepared for and it hurt a lot and had since fallen off.
They took cash as a payment but wouldn't give change. Instead saying, they'll add it as a credit for next time. Which would have been nice to know ahead of time.
They tell you one price then when you go to pay the price has gone up, despite written quotes provided beforehand.
The breaking point for me was when I wanted gas for the cleaning and they kept having to reschedule because the dentist wasn't able to get his certificate to use Gas on patients and we had to reschedule twice. They said it was because the certificate wouldn't load or get mailed in time.... but after weeks let's be real it's more likely he failed.
Also, when I called to confirm price they once again had an added charge. I told them that wasn't in the email quote they sent or what was verbally said to me.... the secretary swore I didn't check my email properly and she had sent me 2 estimates. Turns out she had only sent me one email and that it would cost almost $200 more than what was verbally said to me and what was in the email quote.
I don't know how this place has so many high reviews. It was a horrible experience for me all around.
I spent a lot of money for literally nothing.
