Correcting problems (DA15)
I had panels put in by a company that was not properly registered to complete the work required.. and we were having major problems with the way the system was working, So we called in Jake and his team from TARVEN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTS who were able to correct all of the problems and get everything running properly as they know what they were doing So now there us proper labelling, the CT sensor is properly wired and everything has been done correctly . So now we have piece of mind. Well done TARVEN for sorting the system out properly......

WellI had some work done by a company that installs panels and batteries for production of electricity for my home,the work done on the internal AC and DC Connection suspect to say the least and the CT sensor was dangerous .
So I contacted Jake at Tarven Electrical, he came around and corrected all of the faults and now our system is working really well with no problems and is totally safe to use.
In the past I worked as a gas engineer and Water Regs engineer and understand top quality work the Jake did for us,and would recommend him to anybody that I know

With jake all equipment was properly labelled and protected and thoroughly passed before leaving

Had my EV charger fitted yesterday and they did a great job. A really fast, friendly and professional service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tarven to anyone requiring electrical work.

All communication has been first class turned up on time and ready to crack on polite friendly and professional had to look twice to see where they have run the cable indoors it was so neatly hidden. Were happy wait and show me it all working before they left even after they had to make calls as the charger was having issues linking up not the fitters fault in any way but so well dealt with.

Had question 3 month after installation and Jake replied within the hour and offered to come out the same day. No problem with the work I just needed help and guidance. Jake fitted an EV charging point and Garo unit for me. He made sure that the work was completed in time for the arrival of the vehicle, set up the unit and made sure I understood how everything worked. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, calling when he said he would and on time. He left the work area clean and tidy and was very conscientious in his approach. Highly recommended.

Really effecient, done great job - just what was looking for. Gave best suggestions, without being forceful of how/where could install extra sockets on a kitchen breakfast bar to be practical and still asthetical. Checked over couple of other bits as no hassle. Started on time and finished in estimated timescale.
