They were able to achieve a more than favorable outcome in my opinion, and I’m very grateful for all the work he and his team put into my case. Throughout the entire process, I never had an issue staying informed about what was going on thanks to the communication from his office. My only regret is not following his advice more closely at times, but even with that, I believe the effort I did make helped my situation.
