Jonathan came out to sort out my boiler issue without any hesitation. Excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
I am always very satisfied when Jonathan has serviced my appliances, a few years ago I was looking for a water heater the corvette britany 11 to replace the one that had been in my house for at least 45 years, I wasn't hopeful because they had stopped making them, but Jonathan in his own time managed to find me a second hand one about two years old,which he fitted for me, and he obviously services for me every year along with my fire, which has got a lovely glow to it now

Jonathan came to service our boiler and promptly condemned it! There was a hole in the back which I wasn't aware of, 6 days later he returned with a replacement boiler and Hive control system. On both occasions he was punctual and polite. There were issues with our wiring and heating header tank which he corrected. Installing the Hive system was tortuous but he persevered and succeeded in the end. I have asked him to service the boiler as and when required.
