I had a very useful appointment with a lawyer from this firm and appreciate their knowledge.
However, I had to wait 28 minutes past my scheduled 4pm appointment time, despite arriving early (about 20 minutes) for a meeting that was booked about 3 weeks in advance.
This unexpected delay significantly compromised my other arrangements for the rest of the day.
While the consultation itself lasted for the agreed-upon 60 minutes, I would have appreciated the same level of punctuality from the firm as is expected from a client.
A better-managed schedule would prevent such delays and show greater respect for a client's time.
I called to get help with my visa application, but unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience.
The staff member barely let me speak and didn’t ask a single question about my situation not even what type of visa I need or what documents I have. She kept interrupting me and simply repeated that I need to book an appointment.
The conversation felt rushed and unprofessional. She spoke faster and faster, and I didn’t get a chance to properly explain my issue. In the end, it felt more like she was trying to push me to book an appointment rather than actually help.
This is not how customer service should be. Very disappointing.
