Fatal servicio de atención al cliente Muy mal. El servicio de atención al cliente es una tomadura de pelo. Nos enviaron un producto erróneo y no nos han querido devolver el dinero. Hemos escrito y llamado varias veces, y siempre nos dan largas. Saben que el error ha sido suyo y no quieren asumirlo. No compren aquí porque como tengan algún problema, les van a ignorar. NUNCA había visto esto antes. Y estamos hablando de un servicio a caravanas que necesitamos solucionar los problemas porque es nuestro hogar. Un saca-dinero. Muy enfadada.

Bad and Useless Costumer Service Such a bad costumer Service. Takes ages and many effort to get a simple return done (still not possible) and they just ignore your emails and messages. And all that, because they didn’t send the product wich they show!! Never again! No recommendation.

Trato inmejorable. Una empresa familiar con trato personalizado. Tuvimos un problema con la Camper, fuera de hora Silvia nos atendió, nos ayudó para salvar la situación. Pero esque henos ido sin hora y Erik, un chico encantador además de chequear y verificar el problema, no ha parado hasta poder ayudarnos. Erik tiene una empatia , talento y atención al cliente digno de comentar para un chico tan joven. En resumidas, han ganado a 2 nuevas clientas, que sin duda les van a promocionar. Empresa referente en Las Franquesas. Gracias familia!

5/5 un service impeccable, une prise en charge immédiate et d'1 empathie rare. Cette société familiale mérite vraiment toute notre sympathie. Un frigo en panne depuis 3 sem où depuis les Pyrénées les garages nous ont renvoyés de l'1 à l'autre sans de réelles solutions jusqu'à ce que nous nous décidions de passer la frontière et d'enfin avoir 1 avis honnête et plein de bon sens... Nous y avons acheté 1 clim (prix très intéressant et imbattable et installée le lendemain) ainsi qu'1 nouveau frigo qui a été placé 12 jours après notre commande malgré le jour férié de l'ascension. Nous repartons soulagés et avec la garantie valable en Belgique. Sans hésiter nous les recommandons ✨✨✨✨✨

9 mei 2025 Koelkast is onderweg ermee opgehouden. Eurotete was in de richting van de route. Met sluitingstijd daar aan gekomen om te zien of ze ons konden helpen. Zo gauw ze zagen dat we er waren kwamen ze al naar ons toe om te vragen wat er aan de hand was. Ondanks de sluitingstijd hebben ze het probleem verholpen. Vriendelijke mensen die er alles aan doen om je weer te laten genieten van de reis.Ook campingwinkel aanwezig Bedankt voor de service groeten Facebook Camperreizen van Barend en Ank. 10 mei 2025 Na de reparatie zijn we in La Garriga op de CP gaan staan om de koelkast zijn werk te laten doen. Onder het rijden wordt er niet gekoeld accu modus. Vandaag dag later reparatie is heeft geholpen koelkast werkt weer naar behoren. Wederom dank voor de goede service. Enorm assortiment en uitstekende service. Ik had een specifieke klepsluiting nodig om mijn defecte sluiting te vervangen. Nergens te vinden, maar Eurotete had die gewoon op voorraad. Op de terugweg naar huis lag de winkel redelijk op de route, dus in plaats van laten opsturen reed ik er langs. Helaas staan er geen openingstijden vermeld, dus toen ik om 15 uur arriveerde, bleek de winkel gesloten (gesloten tussen 13.30 en 17.00 uur). Toen ik aan de deur voelde, reageerde de eigenaresse vanuit een raam boven, dat ze er aan zou komen. Ze liet me binnen en vond snel het door mij gezochte onderdeel. De prijs was goed, ik betaalde en kon weer verder. Wat een goede service! Tip voor de eigenaar: zet de openingstijden op de website en in Google Maps.

Un taller familiar además de tienda online especializado en autocaravanas, campers, etc. Serios y profesionales. Un detalle no menor que habla por sí mismo es la corrección y amabilidad de los hijos, de trato impecable además de atentos y eficaces a la hora de resolver las cosas. Simón y Silvia también encantadores y profesionales. Muy recomendables.

Excellent customer service. I ordered for delivery a high ticket item (well over €1000) online which always concerns me! But as soon as the order was placed I had contact with the Silvia from Eurotete where she wanted to confirm that all was in order with how I had ordered. Nice thing is that there was something out of stock, (only €1.50), she said she would refund but I knew there would be something else I will be ordering in a couple of weeks. So she suggested that as soon as the item came back in stock, she would send it with the other item. It is this kind of human personal service that is lacking these days. Given we have bought a new Motorhome here in Spain, we'll be using Eurotete for all our accessories from now on.
