So lucky to have Tack N Rider in our community. I had an issue with a Whiz system I bought from them and as soon as I brought it in the owner handled it for me. He communicated with Whiz, ordered my replacement part and made sure everything was running 100%.
They also have a very tasteful collection of clothing! Always fun to shop at!

Great customer service! The color helmet I originally ordered was not in stock (carbon), they contacted me by phone. They told me which colors they had in stock, then texted me a photo of the helmet. I was not concerned about color, just wanted my daughter to a great helmet to keep her brain safe! Only question/ concern I have - no shims were shipped with the helmet as shown in the unpacking video recommended by the manufacturer to watch. Otherwise perfect!

Hi Amy, thanks for the feedback. Sorry, the shims were missing. ARRO includes them randomly in some of the helmet boxes. Please advise if we can mail you a shim set?

Was totally impressed with my boots, but most of all, their customer service. I had ordered the wrong size, and when I called they checked to make sure they had the next size and said they would mail them out the same day. I explained I was going out of town for a few days and wouldn’t be able to return the boots then. They said just send them back when you get back. So, here I come home and the new boots are waiting for me :) I was then able to return the other boots. They know how to do it the right way and I’ll be back to purchase other products! Thanks!!!
