We are really happy with the quality of the work that Syze completed. They managed the onsite team of trades well and we had an open and honest dialogue throughout the build. We had several complications to the project such as asbestos removal that required specialist removal, which they managed well. We would use Syze again for future projects.

From the word go, the owner and contractors were professional, friendly and above all, helped me with decisions in how best to refurbish my 70's bungalow into a stylish contemporary home. Simon will project manage everything for you, liaising with architects, structural engineers & surveyors. His team are experienced & dedicated and take professional pride in their work. The results speak for themselves. I recommend them to anyone with small, medium or large size projects. They carried out a complete refurbishment of my 3BR bungalow with new kitchen, bathroom and beautiful bifold doors. Simon and team have done a terrific job for us. Our architect had designed a new kitchen extension, together with several other alterations to the layout of our house. The team, led by John..a stickler for detail..were courteous, clean and tidy and worked around us as we continued to live in the house over a multi-month build. All the trades seemed nicely synchronised and have clearly worked together many times. Inevitable design changes came up and these were all expertly integrated into the plan, with budget changes discussed and agreed as we went. The team made many helpful suggestions, which we'd have never thought about. This was our first ever 'development' and we were a bit nervous, but we're delighted with the result.

The end result was exactly what we wanted. The project was slightly delayed due to supplier issues, but it was worth the wait. The team was polite and ensured the area was left clean every night. There was slight creep of the scope of work, but this was due to another trade letting us down. Simon and the team carried out this additional work with no issue, and reasonably priced. Very happy customer.

Simon and his team completed a 2-storey side extension as well as internal re-design of the existing property. Really pleased with the build quality and workmanship. The core team were friendly, experienced and did a great job trying to minimise disruption as best they could. All the different trades worked well together and were always happy to discuss and make any changes.

I looked into several building firms before trusting Simon and his team to do the job. It was a complex double storey extension and redecoration to accomodate my father in law. I am delighted with the results - I would use them again without hesitation. All workmen used were very clean and tidy and any issues were resolved quickly and without disruption.
