Our experience with Symphony Concrete was A-one from start to finish ! Our quote to cover a front walkway was fair and all the work was explained completely. The two men who came to the house were on time, neat, professional and polite. And i LOVE the finished product- makes my entrance to the front door beautiful!
[This review is based solely on my quote experience] I had scheduled an appointment to have my basement and garage floor quoted. Chris, was his name I believe, stopped by to take measurements and check the moisture. I was upfront and honest with him that I was gathering quotes and doing my due diligence. During his presentation, he asked me again if I was still wanting to wait. After we reviewed the pricing, he kept applying discounts and kept pressing me about “signing today.” Again I shared that I was collecting quotes. He gave me a best and final price and asked if I was willing to let him walk out the door for that price. I said yes, but I would love to review the quote, and he said he would email it to me. I have never received the quote.
From the initial sales mtg to the application process, Symphony employees made sure that all our questions were answered, and our satisfaction was top priority !
Our salesman chris was great, he explained everything in easy to understand language and was with us from start to finish. Our contact Cory in customer service was very helpful and our installer Tim, was very professional and his attention to detail was first class! The garage floor came out incredible and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product! I would highly recommend Symphony Coatings co.

We had Penntek concrete floor coating put in our breezeway and screen porch to improve the look of our old cracked floor. Symphony did a great job and we love the way it looks! Seamus and Connor did a wonderful job, despite the hot weather. They communicated the scope of the project, and gave us updates on where they were in the process. At the end of the one-day installation, Seamus reviewed the work with us to see if we had questions or concerns. It was a very positive experience working with this company. We would recommend them to anyone who wants an improvement on their concrete floors. Thanks Seamus and Connor!
I had 2 sets of steps and my garage done through Symphony Coatings. They have great communication and customer service! THE TEAM who put the application down was respectful and kept you updated with what they were doing. They made sure the flake was the one you chose at the beginning of the process. The work was meticulous: taping, grinding, sealing cracks and the application of the product..I would definitely use this company again.
