Have gone to Swink Sr in the past so went again when my knee was giving me problems. Sr gone so was treated by Swink Jr who knew right away I had hip, muscle issues not knee. I have been given non painful treatments, suggested exercises, natural vitamin F (inflammation), & I’m on the road to full recovery. No surgery for me if I can help it. I recommend Dr Ryan Swink

Sandy was rude and hung up over the phone. Customer service needs work. -can’t speak on the Dr as I have not been seen by them. Edit: I had never called you originally as I didn’t answer because I was already on a call. I called back after that missed call I was confused by such a short clipped response. I was not soliciting any services, but stating where I was calling from in case it helped pinpoint who had called, there really was no offer to decline. It wasn’t the appropriate action as it was my first interaction and before I could say a word I got hung up on. It wasn’t perceived as rude, it was rude.

Our records indicate that we received four silent calls from your number. To address this, we called back to determine the nature of the calls. Upon answering, you informed us you were soliciting your cleaning services.

As we already have a cleaning service that meets our needs, we politely declined your offer. We don't believe this constitutes poor customer service, as our response was directly related to a solicitation call, not an inquiry regarding our services as a patient.

We understand you may feel differently, and we apologize if our response was perceived as rude. However, we maintain that our actions were reasonable given the circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

Ryan Swink is an excellent chiropractor! I would recommend him whole heartedly. I'm 54 and have been going to chiropractors since I was a teenager. I feel that Ryan Swink is the best one that I've seen and I grew up, going to chiropractors in the San Francisco area.

We want to clarify that achieving optimal results with chiropractic care often requires consistent patient participation, including adhering to the doctor's recommendations and attending scheduled appointments. This allows for proper assessment, adjustments, and ongoing care management.

In your case, unfortunately, your infrequent attendance at appointments (2 out of 5 scheduled) limited the effectiveness of the treatment plan. During those visits, we explained that some individuals may experience a temporary increase in discomfort as the body begins to adjust and heal. This is a normal part of the process. However, consistent care is crucial to allow the body to adapt and experience lasting improvement.

I first went to Dr. Swink with a nagging, painful, pinch in my piri formis. He took time in the first appointment to fully explain his approach to chiropractic healing. He also suggested a pose for me to do daily to help alleviate my pain. Boy! I could barely manage that pose! After one year of doing it daily I can drop fully into the pose and feel how it stretches out the area that can get cramped up. I now go for biweekly 'tune-ups' with Dr. Swink, which are brief, yet effective. Why? I am pain free! Thank you Dr. Ryan Swink!
