The Swingstoppers system installed dockside only prevented any boat damage during the last 3 hurricanes to hit SW Florida… especially Ian and Milton that were very close to direct hits with 150 and 130 mph winds from multiple directions. It no doubt saved my boat from any damage, where boats nearby with different tie-downs were blown off their lifts and lifts were damaged as well.
It’s been very easy to set up and take down. The custom design straps are very durable and the aluminum parts that attach to the boat cradle are very well built. Paul and the team did a great job designing and installing the system specific to my boat lift and boat design. Great people to work with!

Swingstoppers products have made hurricane prep so much easier. We came through the high waters and 100 mph winds of Helene and Milton with no issues. Great product and great people to work with. Highly recommended.

I had the swingstopper system installed on my 40K lift in Jupiter FL. Fortunately, we haven't gone through a hurricane yet but the construction of the swingstopper system is excellent and I am confident that it would perform well. Paul and Holly are wonderful to work with and meticulous in every aspect of the construction and installation.

Just had the swing stopper system installed in two of my lifts in Punta Gorda. Both od my lifts have now gone through two hurricanes back to back (Milton & Helene) the water levels on both above 9’ and no damage at all to the boat or the lifts. Fantastic system and am very happy with the service from the guys at Swing Stoppers.
H. Milton was on its way. While not predicted to directly strike Flagler Beach where I live, the predictions were dire as we were on the left side of the storm with its intensity and very heavy rain. Just as I did for previous storms, I deployed my Swing Stoppers on my boat and lift. All during the storm my boat was solid. Such peace of mind. My neighbors tried other methods, but underestimated the wind stength blowing directly down our canal. One 'toon broke the small ratchet straps that held it, allowing it to swing wildly in its lift. Another used nylon mooring lines that, of course, stretch when wet.
Such peace of mind is priceless when the world around you is blowing apart.
I had the SwingStoppers system installed after Hurricane Ian on Marco Island but didn't utilize it until Hurricane Milton. Man, what a great system. My 22' Pathfinder was locked in solid to my lift and high enough to withstand a 20' surge. I had one small issue with a pear link that wouldn't thread, and Holly sent a replacement UPS next day along with some anticorrosive gel. Bottom line, excellent system and customer service.
This is a wonderful company. We were looking for a system to protect our boat and lift in the event of a hurricane. We met the folks from Swingstoppers at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. I had seen advertisements for their products and was impressed with the engineering simplicity and the track record that they've established in protecting boats from Hurricanes Ian, Irma, and Matthew. Swingstoppers were easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and installed the system efficiently. Further, they are helping me setup and take down the system at the beginning and end of my boating season. I couldn't be happier with this company. Get Swingstoppers. You won't regret it.

Paul and Holly are simply AMAZING people! The attention to detail and the personal service is second to none not to even mention the awesome product they deliver. The swing stoppers perform soo well that they are recommended by the marina HOA as the preferred "Hurricane Plan." Paul even personally designed, engineered, and fabricated a custom kayak rack for our boat lift allowing us to use the lift as our own private kayak launch. You ONLY deal with Paul & Holly; NO SUB-CONTRACTORS.

We installed SwingStoppers on our last two boat lifts. Presently it is on a 24k lift with 40 ft Intrepid. We have had wind gust of over 70mph and the boat and lift are rock solid. While our friends are pulling boats, looking for storm shelter we spend 30 minutes locking our lift down and we are done. I also want to say customer service is great. If I have a question or I think something needs adjustment Paul has been quick stop by and fix or adjust what ever is needed. Having boated in Florida for 20 years I would not have a lift without SwingStoppers.
I purchased the swing stopper system for my 32k lb Golden Boat Lift. I watch other boats swinging on windy days and especially during storms while my boat is perfectly held in place and not moving an inch. The piece of mind is well worth it knowing you don’t have to worry about wind and storm conditions.
I have added four steel eyelits on bow and stern crossbeams that I connect heavy duty freight straps to, so I can lock my boat down the the perfectly held in place lift. My insurance company has seen photos of my “Swing Stopper System” with the freight straps and they have accepted my system as an approved “Hurricane Plan”, saving me thousands of dollars to move and store my boat during named storms.
There is no better system to lock your boat down tight in unpredictable weather!
In addition, I would like to say you will not find any better, more honest people to work with than Paul and Holly. They care! You are never abandoned during and after the install. Call them and you get called back.
