Got home just after 9pm on a Friday to realise I didn't have a key. After calling Swift I was in the house by 9.50. Amazingly fast response, didn't charge any out of hours fee either. I hope I never have to use them again but if do, I'll know exactly who to call!

Steve came out within an hour of calling him, as an emergency, I had managed to lock myself out of my house, the keys being on the inside! This would be not a straight forward job taking two hrs,which he did everything to try to save the lock but eventually had to give in and drill the lock out. At all times Steve was very professional and talked me through what needed to done. Would certainly highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I called on Steve of Swift Security Systems this week as my back door wouldn't lock. He came highly recommended from a neighbour. On phoning him, his first question was if I needed to go out, luckily I didnt. He came within a couple of hours. Very promptly knew what the fault was, hadnt got the spare part I needed, so it had to be ordered. But he was able to fit a temporary lock so I could lock my door. Such a lovely person, so knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him, just the person you need when in such a stressful situation.

Steve at Swift Security Systems responded to my emergency call and I can’t thank him enough. I was locked out of my dad’s home who had been taken to hospital . The door lock had split and the keys weren’t working. Steve arrived quickly and went above and beyond in trying all options to solve the problem with the lock. I highly recommend his professional service. The price for the job was very reasonable.

Excellent service, highly recommended! I called Steve after locking my garage keys inside. I arranged for Steve to come out and fix the garage door within a couple of days. Steve replaced the old locks as we only had one key, and it made sense since it was an old lock; getting replacement keys had been an issue with Timpson. Steve did an excellent job; he's a really nice chap, with great communication. He was timely and arrived when he said he would. My wife and I highly recommend Steve and would definitely call upon him again for any lock-related issues. Thank you; very much appreciated.

Excellent service by Sarah from Swift. She came out promptly when I had a problem and made me feel safe in my home. I was kept informed while new parts were ordered and my new lock was installed without any fuss. Sarah was polite and efficient and the charge was less than I anticipated. 2 people turned up to change one pair of upvc door handles which had sheared off on one side. Just 2 handles, removed 2 screws. It took ten minutes. They charged me £132 and then reduced to £120 when I was shocked. Call
out was £80. Unimpressed.

I'm sorry you feel that way. It didn't need 2 people but we operate as a pair. My charges as an approved locksmith are more than fair. We even took the time to adjust the door so that the same thing wouldnt happen again. Again I'm sorry you feel that way but I stand by my charges, after all you were an hours drive from me.

Very quick service from Steve. Got locked out early morning after walking the dog. Lock broke, one phone call and 30 mins later he's there! Lock fixed and serviced. Happy owner and dog! Thank you so much and I've saved your number to my phone in case it happens again. Great job!
