We loved working with Cindy. She was extremely knowledgeable about our tax situation, very efficient and provided us with excellent communication and customer service. My Husband and I highly recommend her.
Wish there was a less than one star option but ..gave Bombard a Simple task of filing my business from a single member LLC to an S-corp, somehow they filed paperwork wrong, my company ended up with a new EIN number (which is HELL to change), but not only that, they had the NERVE to charge me AGAIN to do the taxes again, they wouldn't file my paperwork until they were paid which ended up in fines and penalties for my company.
To call them incapable is a compliment.
6 months later I am still going through hell with the payroll company over this and needing yet more documentation from the government because of their screw up of getting a new EIN number.
Once you're given a new number there's no using the old one. This firm has caused nothing less of a nightmare for me, my manager and my payroll company, and I'm sure my new accountant.
Run like hell from them. I'm furious over this unwanted, no fault of ours, headache.
Update: after many years of service a mistake was made. That actually didn’t bother me as much as the office didn’t take ownership of the mistake. I haven’t used this office for a few years now.
