We worked with Tucker after my teenage son suffered an eye injury and he was phenomenal. Kind, calm, and steady from day one. He navigated our case with true compassion and confidence. He and his team kept us grounded during a dark period when life should have been different, esp. for my son. They secured a settlement that genuinely change my son's future and I'll always be grateful. They pushed the case forward without dragging it out for months or years. The team was organized proactive and truly had our backs.No one ever wants to need a personal injury lawyer, but if you do this is the team you want in your corner. highly recommend!

I was hit by a trash truck that broke my my ankle. Trimalleolar compound fracture. Korey Kajko and David worked my case and both did an outstanding job. In the police report the driver who hit me blamed me for the accident. Because of the great sweeney and merrigan resources, they were able to send up a private investigator and obtain video evidence that showed that I was not actually at fault. Amazing work! I couldn't have asked for a better team. They got me every last penny they could and made me feel like family throughout the whole process. Thank you Korey and David for your endless work on this, late night and weekend texts. From my family and I to you, Thank you!

I don't feel that they did a good job at getting max results. I had to call several times to i nquire about our claim. Carleen didnt seem like she was aggressive enough as an attorney. I didnt feel that she was the kind of lawyer that insurance companies took seriously. And in thhe end i think she could gave done a better job at getting more for being hit by a car. All in all I feel I should have gone with a different law firm.
