The girls did an excellent job on my Persian cat Louie!!! I have been having him groomed at other pet groomers for years and this is the best cut he’s had. And he didn’t get cut and he didn’t seem distressed when I collected him at all. Definitely will be going back for his future grooms.

Great experience, took my 4 month labrador for bath/ nail trimming and everything went well. Got video updates from them throughout the process and when I picked her up she was relaxed and calm!

Beautiful groom for our Tibetan terrier. However, we won't be returning due to the rude and condescending nature of a particular staff member. They implied that my dog was too difficult for me and also implied that I don't keep on top of his grooming (he is groomed every 8 weeks, his hair just grows really fast!). A good groom but not worth it.
Roma had a fabulous groom. She was so well looked after and Charlie listened to what I’d like her to do and gave Roma exactly what I’d asked her. No hesitation to go back for her next groom.

Our puppy Udon (F, Cockapoo) went through the Puppy university programme at SW Dog groomers and it was amazing! The staff were brilliantly helpful and friendly and Udon loved her time there and was excited to go back for each stage (to our suprise!!) The groom itself was exactly what we asked for - it was great to discuss it with the groomers first and set expectations, and the results exceeded these! Overall we had an excellent experience and would really recommend the programme to anyone with a new pup. We look forward to returning soon!

Even though Monty is not a lover of water he does love SW Dog Groomers where he goes regularly. Luckily we’re neighbours so Monty will stop by the door and visit them on his regular walks! Not surprisingly as the staff is super friendly and have been looking after Monty since he was a small puppy. Monty did the puppy university programme which was super helpful to grow his confidence and get him properly socialised with the team and the salon. The team is also super flexible and respond super quick about bookings and availability. For sure SW Dog Groomers get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from Monty and his seal of approval ✅👍 and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

Murphy loves going to the dog groomers here! The team are so talented and always go the extra mile. It was my Sandys (miniature dachshund) first visit today. I was super nervous as she’s a bit of a timid dog who hates her nails being clipped. The ladies took care of her and made me and Sandy feel completely at ease as soon as we walked in. They really couldn’t be more lovely! No one else I’d trust to groom Sandy now. 100% recommend!
