I am very surprised with 4.9 stars. That’s not I experienced it. After two hours cat looks like it fell under a lawnmower. It looks like they spent max 30 min on her. When we picked her up we got charged full £110 and were told that’s because she bites. FYI, she is a not a mountain lion. Maybe a cat muzzle or help from another member of staff next time. Very unprofessional approach from SW Groomers. Will be contacting them regarding it.

Dear SW Groomer team. What an amazing transformation to Benleys teath, far better than a visit to the vets that would invovle anesthesia, Bentley was so happy on arrival, greated by Tina and clearly was well looked after a happy dog! Many thanks, Phil Brown.

We used to take our three to a groomers in Chelsea but they would only take cats on a Thursday morning which was massively inconvenient! SW Dog Groomers are absolutely amazing and will take my cat with my dogs and we have never looked back. They always come out looking and smelling wonderful, and most importantly-happy with their experience. You can tell how popular SW Dog Groomers are with the amount of dogs walking around with their signature green bows…

Always great friendly and prompt service. Our 26kg Bulldog turns into an Octopus when we try and wash him. Somehow SW Dog Groomers manage it without incident... He also seems to enjoy it.

We have been using SW Dog Groomers for about 6 months now and the service we recieve is second to none! Our cat was an adopted rescue animal and we needed to give her some TLC, finding this business was a Godsend. Charlie has always accommodated us (even at V. Short notice) and is understanding to the needs of your furry family member. Kitty comes back as cool as a cucumber! I wish I could put 6 stars! We always recommend SW Dog Groomers to everyone we know! A definite must use place.

Charlie is just brilliant! Never had such a gorgeous and polished groom. Kafkah can be a challenging pup at times but Charlie manages to handle him with ease and makes him feel calm. They have always given a brilliant, polite, friendly and honest service. Parking outside, with a lovely little Italian coffee place next door to wait. We love coming and can't thank Charlie enough.

Charlie has been fantastic in helping us get our new pup accustomed to being groomed. It can be a lot for them to take in with all the new sounds, smells and experiences, but Charlie has taken the time to make sure our pup is comfortable and not pushed beyond her limits. So friendly and full of knowledge, would highly recommend. Looking forward to the first adult groom!

We have been sending our Irish Terrier to SW Dog Groomers for her last few grooms and have been really impressed. In particular they have us feedback on how she behaved during hand stripping and helped us make a decision about stripping Vs clipping, then slowly introduced clippers. Maple is always VERY happy to go into the groomers which is a sign of how well cared for the dogs are.

Charlie is by far the best groomer, she handles my anxious big boy, crazy curly coat and he smells and looks amazing

Charlie is a very talented and knowledgeable dog groomer, she definitely does the best haircuts by far. Every time we take Ruby in she comes out looking absolutely gorgeous, even her teeth shine afterwards. We were so lucky to find her since Ruby was a puppy so we only ever used her.

Just want to thank you so much. Took my 11 year old stubborn staffie here today to have her claws cut. It was very overdue as she has not let me cut them for a while. My dog, Ellie, has not been to one of these places before as we have always done everything at home because she is nervous about places like this. Ellie was in and out in 5 minutes. I am so pleased they managed to get them done. I can’t thank you enough! We will be back for another trim soon! :)

Really helped us out when we couldn’t get an appointment with our usual groomers. Great job & our usually anxious dog seemed happy.

My dog has never smelled so good! We’ve been searching all around Wimbledon since we moved here for a good groomer for our border terrier— SW definitely the best. Hamish smells great, his hand strip is even and really well done, and he seemed to have had an excellent time.

Always wonderful - our dogs Joe and Jarvis LOVE coming to SW Dog Groomers. Always feel great afterwards. And the team led by Charlie are exceptional
