Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the result of your concrete pour.

We’ve reviewed your order and the photos you shared. The concrete was supplied via a ready-mix truck and passed through the concrete pump without issue, which indicates the mix itself was within specification. From what we can see, the problems appear to be related to how the concrete was finished and how it was protected from the weather after delivery. As a supplier, we’re responsible for delivering the correct mix to site, but we don’t carry out the placing, finishing, or curing of the concrete, and those factors can have a big impact on the final appearance and performance.

Regarding the weather and timing: our records show we did not receive a call from you to postpone the delivery. Our terms and conditions do state that cancellations or changes must be made by 3pm the working day before the pour to avoid a cancellation charge. We never want customers to feel “forced” into going ahead, but we do have to work within those scheduling and cancellation rules.
