I feel really safe and well looked after here. It's clean and tidy. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. I've been seeing Nicola for various laser and electrolysis treatments now, and she has such a calming presence and very welcoming. I feel more confident each session I go to her. I would definitely recommend.

Had a hydrafacial done by Esme for the 1st time. Esme was very professional and. I’ve had a great experience with Esme once again and it was great to discuss my skincare journey with her and to see her genuine interest and engagement.

I had cryotherapy done by Dr. Soin and had a really good experience. He was friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. You can tell this clinic truly cares about their patients. I felt looked after the whole time. Definitely recommend!

I had the most wonderful Hydra facial on Thursday, my skin looked amazing (not just afterwards because it looked rather red!) the next day it felt smooth and tight with a lovely glow. Esme is very knowledgeable and explained everything she did to me and why it was beneficial to my treatment.
