We had two quotes for the work in our loft and the price per square meter was similar. The company were looking to do the whole loft which is very large and the cost was way more that I wanted to pay. Paul pointed out that 2/3 would probably never be used and we agreed to cover a more reasonable area.
The work was carried out fast and to a high standard by a friendly and professional team headed up by Paul.

Loft insulation and boarding
Paul and his team were all polite, professional and carried out the insulation and boarding in the loft as agreed. Paul made immediate contact following my enquiry, provided advice and gave a quote. On the agreed date he arrived on time and explained how the team would carry out the work, prepared the site to minimise any disruption. The team all worked efficiently and cleanly and tidied up on completion. Paul’s recommendation to improve the loftlighting made a big difference and his attention to detail was very good throughout. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Paul and his team re laid the loft insultation and installed some boarding. They also replaced the existing ladder and loft hatch. Paul explained the options for a ladder that would be suitable for me and replied to my email queries promptly and with patience. They were punctual and very well organised on the day.

Would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team (in fact have already passed his details onto one of our neighbours). We were very pleased with the end result. They re-insulated and fully boarded our loft, which we are now able to access with ease using the new loft ladder they also installed.
We recently had 13 square metres of our loft boarded by the Surrey Loft Installations, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From start to finish, their service was absolutely excellent. Everything was handled professionally, clearly explained, and carried out exactly as promised. The team arrived on time and got straight to work, which we really appreciated.
Paul, who I was dealing with before the job was attentive and responded extremely quickly to any questions I had. Darren and Mario were fantastic on the install, incredibly respectful of our home. They carefully laid dust sheets throughout the work area and kept any mess to an absolute minimum. It was clear they take real pride not only in their craftsmanship but also in how they treat their customers’ homes.
The work itself was completed very quickly, yet to a superb standard. The 13 square metres of boarding is perfect, solid, neatly finished, and exactly what we wanted. It has made such a difference to our storage space.

Exceptional service of loft insulation
Insulation of a hard-to-access loft above my top floor flat in a communal block: The job turned out to be much harder than anticipated because there was a HUGE amount of heavy rubbish stored in the loft. This was not known beforehand because the loft could not be accessed. Paul liaised quickly with his local contact and arranged a same-day skip to dispose of all the rubbish. The team cleared the loft, successfully insulated it and left the area clean all within the day! Were also punctual, kept me fully informed and kept the cost close to original quote, despite the extra work.

Loft insulation
Paul was very professional, friendly and timely when visiting to provide a quotation for redoing our loft insulation. He explained everything and made it very easy for us. Although we weren't in a rush, he was able to come and do the job within a fortnight. They were very quick to remove and add new wool insulation within a couple of hours and kept disruption and dust to an absolute minimum and tidied up nicely afterwards. I spoke to Paul about future work and he provided quotes for that with no pressure of course to pursue the work. I would definitely recommend him and his team.
From loft ladder to new floorboard
A few months ago Surrey Lofts installed a loft ladder for us and we were pleased with the work we asked them back this month to re-floor and insulate our loft. The job was completed within one day and they arrived promptly in the morning. They laid dustsheets and at the end of the day cleaned up as expected. Price was reasonable and happy to recommend the company

The team arrived early to start the work of removing the old and installing a new loft ladder. The work was carried out quickly and professionally and fully in line with the original invoice/estimate. We are very satisfied with the result.
I have just had my loft floor raised, further insulated and fully boarded by Paul, Darren and Mario from Surrey Loft Installations. They also did me a new loft hatch too. They were just a pick from a Google search. From the outset Paul was excellent, arrived when he said he would for the initial quote. Had the quote to us very quickly, and from then on arranged everything quickly. As a team they arrive prompt and early to start their day, they care about your property with lots of dust sheets to protect your carpets as best they can. All three were sociable and helpful at all times, with them accommodating last minute extras like a double socket that I hadn’t initially asked for. The standard of the work was excellent, I would highly recommend the company and we are very happy with the finished product. It’s amazing what more you can do with a fully boarded loft!
