Beautiful patio aluminium doors purchased and installed by the team. Hayden was very patient with us whilst we decided what we wanted and I am pleased to say that we have ended up with some beautiful doors. The installation was seamless and the guys that came out were tidy and very knowledgeable. We did have a slight problem with the glass after installation, but Hayden sorted it 100% to our satisfaction. Its rare to come across a company that deliver and even more so rare to admit when there is a problem and to sort it out (I have to add that the glass was not Surrey Alpine's fault, but manufacturers). Excellent customer service!! We will definitely come back and get our Windows replaced with them. A brilliant team!

Hayden and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish — really helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. They took the time to explain options, kept us updated, and the installation itself was smooth and very tidy. The quality of the work is excellent and has made such a difference to our home. Hayden was exceptionally responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout, liaising directly with the manufacturers to keep everything on track. All delivery and installation dates were met exactly as promised. The measuring and installation team did an outstanding job — particularly impressive given the size of the project and the complexity of the arch design. Their attention to detail and workmanship were first-class. Surrey Alpine Windows is a genuinely professional, honest, and trustworthy company. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality window installation. Hayden and Harry are brilliant at what they do. Really recommend going to their shop and discussing all things with Hayden as doing windows / doors / handles etc online can be so hard. Once we met Hayden in his shop we were always going to use him as it was clear he was the expert! Good price and very contactable and friendly. Highly recommend!
