Following a personal recommendation from friends, we chose Surrey Alpine Windows based on their customer service reputation. We took a long time working with Hayden, deciding on the right replacement windows and doors for our house - he was very patient, professional and helpful at all times. The job was completed in a few days by Connor and team, who were true craftsmen - cheerful, professional and highly skilled. Hayden was exceptionally responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout, liaising directly with the manufacturers to keep everything on track. All delivery and installation dates were met exactly as promised. The measuring and installation team did an outstanding job — particularly impressive given the size of the project and the complexity of the arch design. Their attention to detail and workmanship were first-class. Surrey Alpine Windows is a genuinely professional, honest, and trustworthy company. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality window installation. They were originally recommended to me by suppliers, and I’m extremely glad to have been passed on their details.

Hayden and Harry are brilliant at what they do. Really recommend going to their shop and discussing all things with Hayden as doing windows / doors / handles etc online can be so hard. Once we met Hayden in his shop we were always going to use him as it was clear he was the expert! Good price and very contactable and friendly. Highly recommend!

It has always been in the back of my mind to change the internal doors after some works we did on our house. I walked past Surrey Alpine Windows and one of the doors caught my eye due to the colour. It was a random visit and Hayden happened to be at the shop and was there to answer any questions. A few days later a survey was conducted any many of my questions were clearly answered. A draft drawing was created and agreed 48hrs later. With regards to installation the team were on time, clean and tidy, dust sheets were laid and all mess sweeped up and old doors disposed of. I opted for the doors I originally saw in the window and I did compare Surrey Alpine Windows with others but chose Hayden mainly because I could see the finished product and service wise he answered all my questions without any pressure. Overall I'm so happy with the new doors, friends & family have said it has transformed the space, even though the physical dimensions have not changed.
