Surfside did an excellent job at staging my San Diego condo. I priced three companies, and Surfside was the best price. They were consistently responsive, the designer promptly came to my condo for a consultation, and the staging was complete soon after which exceeded my expectations. After listing my condo for sale, I had an offer over asking price within 24 hours. In 48 hours I had 3 offers. From list to sold, 21 days. This was surprising to me as San Diego real estate has cooled off quite a bit. Staging paid for itself, and then some. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the San Diego area!

After a miscommunication about the style of staging, the company's owner and chief designer responded not by pushing back on us, the customers, but by returning to the property and redoing the staging exactly as we wanted it. They waited for my wife and me to show up to walk the home, and let us know that they wanted to be certain that we were satisfied. We were. More than that, we were happily surprised in this day and age to do business with a team that is so customer-centered. We recently sold a property and had a great experience with Surfside Staging. We've been involved for 30+ years in real estate, but this was our first experience with staging. I started the process with an internet search and we met with 4 companies. Surfside stood out immediately because they're a "real" company. They own the furnishings, have employees, trucks, a warehouse, etc....They also carry insurance, which we considered mandatory. There's just too much liability moving furniture in and out.
I won't go into the details about pricing, but Surfside was not the cheapest or most expensive option. However, their designer had great ideas and was flexible about listening to our suggestions. Everyone liked the look of each of the rooms. The installation and de-staging were fast and painless.
A final important point. I had to call Surfside several times for various minor issues, and they always answered and responded immediately. This was not the case with the other companies. The property sold quickly and there's no question who will be calling the next time around.
