I had a great experience with Matt from Suretek. I was having a complex issue with my upstairs circuits cutting out, and Matt was able to diagnose it quickly. He used a thermal camera on my panel and identified exactly which breakers were overheating. Not only did he replace the faulty fuses, but he also replaced four of my fire and CO detectors. He didn't locate the faulty plug ( it would be expensive and I decided to do it myself) but based on his feedback later on the same day I found the faulty plus in the bedroom and corrected the issue by its replacement. As part of a special promo, he did a full electrical panel inspection, which gave me real peace of mind. Matt is a sharp, young professional with a bright future in the trade. Their pricing was reasonable for the high level of service provided. Highly recommend Suretek for anyone looking for honest and tech-forward electrical work!"

We moved into a charming townhouse 6 months ago where the former tenant had done some lovely upgrades including to the 3 bathrooms. I’ve never been a fan of bright, piercing light first thing in the morning when flipping on the bathroom switch, so I’ve installed a few dimmer switches in my time. In this new scenario, however, the light switch also controlled power to the GFCI plug now found in most bathrooms so that when the light was off, so was the plug. If you wanted to run the hair dryer or charge your toothbrush, the light switch had to be on. Who wires a system this way, I wondered, to such inconvenience? 🤔 After doing some research, it seemed pretty involved to rewire everything to keep the plug live and separate it from the light switch, so I called Suretek Electric on a recommendation from a friend who told me “They do good work”. There’s something to be said as a ‘Do-It-Yourselfer’ to know when to call in the pros, particularly when work being performed to code matters. Carmine arrived at 8 am on the scheduled day and the plan was to address the problem in our two upper bathrooms. He’s a fun guy, very knowledgeable, and he shared everything that needed to be done with us, part of which demanded he get up into the attic to drop new wire down behind the light switches to separate them from the plugs. Well, there was no way I was going to do that myself! 🫤 The whole job took about 3 hours to finish and everything worked beautifully. It was done with care and professionalism, and I must say I’d have Suretek back for any difficult tasks in the future. Highly recommended! 👏🏼

I had a 50 year old electrical panel swaped out for a new one as I was experiencing lights flickering, grounding issues ect... They came in, diagnosed the problem(s) and gave me the options. Professional and courteous from the start to the end. They explained everything and did exactly what they said they would. They even cleaned up other companies cable mess. Prompt and efficient is an understatement. They cleaned their work area when they were done. Their pricing is very competitive. I would definitely use them again!

This is the 4th time I have used Suretek. Awesome people to work with and talk to. They did some substantial work for me a year and a bit ago which involved a lot of coordination with the city and permits and it was all taken care of. Every interaction has been great and all of the work looks great and is to the codes set by the city. Every worker sent from suretek has significant knowledge of troubleshooting and finding the problem(if you don’t know it) and getting the work done quickly and efficiently. When I need electrical work done again I will call Suretek.
