We just moved into our new home and were blown away by the incredible service we received! The owner, Streett, personally came out to clean a couch that had been left behind in the house. Not only is that rare commitment in itself, but the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was hot. Despite the heat, he stayed, worked through it, and made sure the job was done right.
His professionalism, kindness, and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. It’s not every day you find a company where the owner shows up in person and refuses to cut corners—especially in uncomfortable conditions. We’re so grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough!

It was like a miracle. I had spot on my whitish carpet I couldn’t get out and it got worse each time I tried to clean it myself. I thought I would need to get new carpet. Chem-dry came and the spot is gone. It only took about 1 1/2 hours to do two rooms and stairs. The carpet was dry within a few hours. The service is great and prices fantastic. Here’s a photo of the spot (in the center). It’s been a week or so since the carpet was cleaned.

Streett was incredibly helpful during the entire process! Scheduling was easy, as he was able to accommodate our crazy schedules! He arrived on time and did a fantastic job! The carpets looked and smelled great and they felt so much better under our feet after the cleaning process. We will definitely be asking Streett to come back again when our guest rooms are unpacked!!

Our kids left stains all over our barstools and supreme clean chem-dry made them look brand new again (with the exception of a couple of bad stains) . Showed up on time, respectful of our house and great pricing. Thank you!

I found Supreme Clean Chem-Dry on Google and was very happy with the service. The service tech was very respectful of my home and did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. The price was really reasonable as well. I will definitely be using them on an annual basis from now on. Great customer service does still exist!

Did our initial clean and did a good job. They were quick to respond and easy to work with via text and phone calls.
I have since reached out on three occasions for cleaning but no one answered my texts or returned the voicemails I left.
Edit: within a few hours of leaving this review, I got a phone call back. Streets was able to find my number and account and called me to follow up. His explanation for the above was that I was texting a landline and that he had received a voicemail with no sound. Just note if you don't receive a response, that the business is run from two phone numbers, one of which he texts from and the other that is not text-capable and apparently does not save voicemails reliably since he said he gets a few empty voicemails and does not call them back.

Streets did a great job, on time and reasonable priced. Interviewed several carpet cleaning companies that got good reviews as did this one but their pricing was outrageous. I am very satisfied.
