I recently had to renew annual support for a software package. Since the previous year, the licensing and software ownership had all changed and with it, the procedure for updating. Normally I can manage most of it myself and require Support Tree to finish off the updates and installation as Administrator. However, this time round there was a long installation document to follow much of which was meaningless to me. I started out trying to follow the instructions myself but didn’t get very far when the installation refused to accept anything I entered. So I sent the document to Support Tree and asked them to have a go. The next morning I was called back by Mohammed who logged onto my computer and set about working through the procedure. Half hour later it was all done. Thanks Mohammed!
