I have been working with Supply Desk for the past 10 years in both cover supervisor and teaching assistant roles. During this time, I have worked with several consultants. I began my journey with Nav Panesar for the first two years. As I had no prior experience working in secondary schools, Nav provided me with valuable guidance and opportunities that helped me gain confidence and develop my skills in that setting. After that, I worked with Waqas Chaudhary for three years. He played a key role in refining and strengthening my skills in secondary education. I had a very positive and rewarding experience working with both of them. For the past four years, I have been working with Raja Singh. He is incredibly supportive and helpful. Although I was not always placed in the specific schools I preferred, he provided me with opportunities to gain experience in primary schools as well, which I truly value and appreciate.

Every member of the management staff at supply desk organisation were dedicated, supportive, friendly and amazing. They provided me a constant cover teaching supply job in various Hampshire secondary schools and this encouraged and stabilised my passion for teaching. I have been with Supply Desk since about 2010 and have always found the staff very reasonable and helpful. Even at times when many schools seem to be cutting back budgets, I have been offered work, even if at a less frequency. Supply Desk's local infrastructure is rather puzzling, but it seems to work OK.
