Supply Desk, first came known to me, when they found my CV on line, and a member of their staff contacted me. An arranged appointment was set up for a meeting at their office, Jenneifer and the Supply Desk staff, were very professional with setting up and providing employment opportunities to suit what I was searching for. Once I was there, they made me recognise the qualities of the skills that I had, and Jenneifer, ensured me that they would find the suitable employment for me that I was searching for. Supply Desk had many jobs to offer me, and so I was given the opportunity to my preferences, before the interviews were arranged. I was very impressed, as they also prepared me for interviews during the apointment, with questions and answers that would help and support the interviews that I would be attending. Before leaving the building, I had a job interview set up for that week. Supply Desk prepared and built up my confidence more than ever to attend my interview. They kept in contact with me and encouraged me throughout the process of the interview. Staff were always positive, no matter what my querie would be, and they were also very reliable and contactable whenever I needed to speak to a member of staff. Jenneifer was my main contact, However other members of staff were always available to talk to. I was employed within a Primary school setting, as an Learning Support Assistant I was employed as Temp to permanent for 1 year. I am now a permanent member of staff after 1 year of being employed with Supply Desk. This is my second permanent employment with Supply desk in Education in the last 5 years. During the last 5 years, I have been able to build on my knowledge, skills and qualifications within my employment , and I continue to do so. I recommend Supply Desk if you are looking for a change in employment, as they deliver My experience with supply Desk has been an excellent experience, I have never felt unhappy or disatisfied with their service. This is the second temp to permanent position, within a school setting which Supply Desk has provided for me in the last 5 years. I would recommend Supply Desk, if you are looking for a change in employment, and new opportunities of employments that they have to offer. Supply Desk staff provides excellent Customer service, and they are reliable, as they deliver on their promise to find you the employment that you are searching for. I have been really impressed with Supply Desk. They have been so helpful in getting me back into teaching in the UK after working overseas for a while. Alfie and the team were particularly brilliant at steering me through the paperwork and finding the right school. They also provided opportunities for face-to-face CPD to make sure we were all ready for the start of the school year.

Supply desk since November up till now have refused to pay me for work done there by causing a single parent hardship during Christmas, till date! whilst I have worked for other teaching agencies who had used my online dbs supply desk stated because they didnt see my physical dbs they wount pay me for the work I did for them since November 2023 am now considering small claims court! They are the worst teaching agency that I know, not organised communications is repeated severally as they seem to be disorganized!

I did nit work within the agency as I found a permanent job before starting but I can say the Alfie Scarfield has been wonderful during the recruitment process. He has been really understanding, informative and polite. Thank you so much for your support. Regards, Marjorie

Supply Desk were really helpful in getting me started in a school in the UK. We started with supply work and then when I needed something permanent, they were also able to assist with this. Jen has been really helpful and checked in with me every step of the way. Definitely recommend if you are trying to get started in the UK.
