I rang Steo at the 11th hour on Friday night last and asked for a bouncing castle, as I had been let down and it was my sons confirmation, he got straight back to me and his lovely wife delivered a super bouncing castle the following morning, she was so lovely and the bouncing castle went down a treat, I had a load of kids honing up the house and it would have been a disaster without it, the castle was spotless and in perfect nic like brand new, they collected it the following day and it was all so hassle free, I highly recommend and will be using them again and again !! Also a really easy payment link is sent by text, it was a brilliant experience !!
We rented the 12 ft x 12 ft Girls Castle Pink bouncy castle for our daughter’s 8th birthday, and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the process was seamless. The castle arrived on time, was clean, and set up safely. Our daughter and her friends had endless fun jumping and playing—everyone couldn’t stop smiling!
The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The value for the price was fantastic, especially with the overnight option that allowed the kids to keep playing the next day. We rented a bouncy castle, a Connect 4 game and a candy floss machine for my daughter's 13th birthday party last Saturday 7 March. Total cost €250 which was great value for money. Delivery was seamless. Michael brought everything in through the house and Louise collected everything herself via our back gate. All the equipment was in good condition and worked perfectly. Super Steos even supply the coloured sugar for the candy floss! The girls had a great time. I would highly recommend this company for all your kids garden party needs.

Super easy to book, the team arrived at the time specified by a text the day before, and set up the bouncy castle at speed. It was collected at the specified time by me (after 5pm)at super speed. Very easy, reliable. This was about 5th time using Super Steos and I can't fault them. I would 100% recommend them
Amazing service, delivery and collection staff all very friendly and very helpful. We have been using Suoer steps for three years running for our event now and wouldn't use anyone else. They're brilliant.

From start to finish the service was excellent. The staff were so friendly. Louise contacted me the morning of to let me know when she was arriving. She did a great job setting up the bouncy castle. The bouncy castle was clean and brilliant quality. The kids had an amazing time on it. They contacted me later that evening to let me know when they were coming to collect it. Overall the perfect service. Thank you.
