Superstar Nannies is truly a standout agency! They offer a refreshing, no-nonsense approach to helping nannies find their perfect role. Ruta and the team understand the importance of matching the right nanny to the right family, and they do it with professionalism and genuine warmth. Unlike many agencies, they skip the fluff and focus on finding roles that truly align with your skills and preferences. They’re now one of my top 4 agencies because they actually answer the phone, respond to messages, and keep you informed—even letting you know when a job has gone cold (unresponsive families, as we all know happens). I don’t usually recommend agencies, but I’d 100% recommend Ruta and Superstar Nannies to both families and fellow nannies alike.
