Got the black diamond pendant for myself just because I liked the vibe. First time buying from SuperJeweler, and I was kinda surprised at the quality for the price. The piece is heavy in a good way and the stone actually sparkles more than I thought it would. Thinking about getting another one in a different color.
I placed an order for a simple pearl necklace on March 6, 2025. I have not received the item nor have I received an acceptable level of customer service from SJ. I have patiently called, emailed, and chatted about once a month with them, and they NEVER FOLLOW UP and NEVER DELIVER MY PRODUCT. This is not acceptable service, and the product is listed as available to ship on their website. They are shady and cannot be trusted. I have asked for my order to be escalated for MONTHS, and I never get any more information other than they will follow up, which never happens.

Going on two months and my order still hasn't shipped. Yelp reviews confirm that this is a common issue with this company.
