I purchased a NEW Ariens ZTR mower about a month ago. The staff there was very helpful and informative. Very comfortable transaction from initial viewing to purchase and delivery. Terrible experience. Never coming back. Walk in, super small store, maybe 3 mowers out, no walk room, overall tiny. Customer service 0/10. I’m talking to one actually helpful lady and the OWNER, was drilling in the wall, in our ears, right next to us. Mid conversation. Never reccomend.
I began my search for a new mower last year. After a couple of unfriendly experiences with a couple of local dealers, I mowed another season with my 2007 Dixie Chopper. This year I resumed my search and decided I wanted a Scag Turf Tiger II. I put out several inquiries at dealership websites in central Indiana and even one out of state. I received only one reply back. John Freeman was the only one to actually call me on the phone. That led to an informative conversation and then I visited the dealership and met John in person. John had what I wanted in-stock at a great price. I met his wife Sharon when I picked up my mower and John even replaced the battery when it seemed a little weak. My whole buying experience could not have gone better.

Needed a belt for my snowblower. Called around and this shop had one. They held it for me while I made the 40 min drive to pick it up. It was considerably less expensive here than anywhere else who didn’t actually have it in stock. I told the woman who checked me out that they could’ve charged a lot more for it as it is back ordered. She said “that’s not what we’re about”. You’re very fortunate to have this honest shop in Greenfield!
Went to get my blades sharpened. They got me in and out really fast.Appreciate it guys. Also made some tweaks to my mower with no charge. Also saw that my key was damaged and broken and replaced it. These guys go above and beyond. So if you're in need of someone to fix your mower to buy a mower or any other thing for your lawn car equipment, give them a call. Thanks guys. And I really don't make google reviews
Great company to work with, honest, good pricing excellent, great mowers and awesome service. Have gotten several mowers and other equimpment from them.

I brought my mower in for a hydraulic leak. They fixed it for less than the quote and even cleaned the mower. I wasn't even sure it was my mower. Lol.
It did take a long time for them to fix it, but that's expected. Glad I got it in before the big Spring rush.

Ive been here a few times for parts - they always seem to have what im after and today was no exception. They had a belt I couldnt find anyplace for my snow blower after a major snow storm. They were open for business and happy to help me out, even for a $14 part - Thanks!

They don't honor guarantees on their work. And now he's trying to sidestep. I brought it in in June after it was "fixed" in March. And ,BTW, it was not a year later, it was three MONTHS later, the same year!

I’m sorry that the mower we serviced for you would not run a year later, unfortunately we can not guarantee carburetor work after they have set through the winter. The responsibility of storing the mower through the off season falls upon the owner.
